The Method

The approach to work that I advocate is holistic and requires a detailed “assessment,” that is, insight into your overall state of body and health. After we schedule the first appointment, you will receive a questionnaire with several dozen questions to complete before the session.

During the first session, we will go through the questionnaire if any additional clarification is needed. We will get to know each other, and I will help you clearly define the first topic we will work on, identify the exact root cause of the issue that is troubling you, and then define practical steps to take. Every problem requires a different method of resolution, so sometimes we will approach it through conversation, sometimes through an action plan, and sometimes through tasks you will receive.

Throughout the process, we create a personalized nutrition plan, balance of the electrolytes, a rhythm for activating metabolism, microbiome restoration, a training plan, and nervous system regeneration. Each session is infused with coaching and together we work on the blocks that stand between you and your health, energy, and radiance.

My method is designed to help people who:

  • are overweight;

  • have inflammatory processes in the body,

  • experience mental instability such as anxiety, depressive feelings, or sudden and frequent mood changes,

  • are experiencing mental difficulties due to autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD and lack of focus;

  • feel fear or discomfort daily,

  • experience panic or anxiety attacks, 

  • are exhausted and/or unable to see what their next step in life is,

  • have hormonal imbalances,

  • have insulin resistance, low or high testosterone in men, PCOS in women, blood sugar issues, etc.,

  • have gut issues such as IBS, leaky gut, slow bowels, or any other form of difficulties with digesting food;

  • have skin changes like acne, dry skin, seborrheic dermatitis, etc. 

  • suffer from migraines, arthritis, tendonitis, or other inflamatory processes in their body;

  • want to achieve or restore life energy, focus, and stability,

  • want to heal the body, mind, and spirit,

  • have tried everything and nothing has provided lasting results.

We will create a diet plan for you, electrolyte support, supplement support and movement. We might work on your nervous system if needed, or other systems in your body.

Mind

We'll learn about emotional and cognitive health, practice positive thinking, regulate thoughts and  thinking patterns. We can have fun and determine your personality type.  We'll use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coaching to achieve this.
