Through balance, lifestyle, ancestral wisdom, science, community, beauty, and creation, we mend what is broken within us. Healing touches the body through food, movement, and rest; the soul through poetry, art, music, and silence; and the spirit when we seek truth, walk in peace, and open our hearts.
What I share here are seeds and some fruits, some answers I’ve gathered so far: lessons from diet, science, grounding, exercise, psychology, and the wisdom of our ancestors. Yet the journey is never finished. Together, we explore health through the lens of metabolism, microbiome, peace and the hidden treasures of a life lived close to nature. I walk as both guide and pilgrim. What I offer is a collection of teachings I've found useful so far and a companion for healing, step by step.
